Patricia Mitchell specializes in protecting employees’ rights and has been practicing employment litigation for twenty years.
Ms. Mitchell specializes in cases involving wrongful termination, retaliation, disability discrimination, age discrimination, race discrimination, national origin discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour violations.
In addition to her practice as an employment defense attorney, Ms. Mitchell has served as a member of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee and worked in several high profile class action litigation cases.
She is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Ms. Mitchell was designated as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers from 2013 through 2016.
Ms. Mitchell earned her J.D. in 2001 from Loyola Law School, her B.S. in Political Science, with honors, in 1998 from the University of California at Santa Barbara. In Law School Ms. Mitchell was awarded the Scott Moot Court Team Top Ten Appellate Brief and placed 2nd on the Scott Moot Court team in 2001.
